FAQ

Q. What makes your water purifier better than others?
A. We are the only product that uses 5 of the most popular purification processes in one compact unit. Ozone, UV light, Photo Oxidation, Carbon Based Filter, and Post UV light.

Q. Why not just buy bottled water?
A. Most bottling companies take regular tap water (it could even come from your own municipal supply) then run it through a purification process and bottle it. This process would be fine using UV light, Ozone, with a uncontaminated filter, or even us a reverse osmosis system (providing they put back the vitamins and minerals that R/O systems can strip from the water) and you drank it or cooled it immediately. But after they purify the water they remove the chlorination, leaving the water vulnerable to grow bacteria. During transportation and setting time on the shelf one particulate of bacteria will turn into a plate count of thousands of bacteria. To assure that you are drinking the purest water possible you must either drink it immediately after the purification process or cool it immediately to assure bacteria will not multiply. You should drink cooled water with in a couple of days, or replace it with fresh water to ensure the purest drinking water possible. Also bottled water is expensive; you can duplicate the process for pennies a gallon and have a better product when you are done.

Q. What about using a carbon-based filter that I can buy at the stores to run my water through, wouldn't that stop any contamination from getting into my water?
A. To purify water you must use a filter (for example a 1-micron filter to catch any thing larger than 1 micron. Even though carbon will strip chlorine and catch a lot of other particulates, it's the inside of the filter you must worry about. Once water it exposed with out a decontamination substance it will grow bacteria in a short period of time. Once this process starts, it only gets worse as time goes along, no matter how much water you run through it. But other contaminates like nonpathogenic microbial are even smaller than 1 micron and will pass right through the carbon filters. Nonpathogenic microbial can be destroyed by UV light but will pass through carbon based filters.

Q. How does the Vortex Plus Water Machine assure my water has gone through the best purification process?
A. First the water passes a venture that pulls ozone into the water (Ozone is one of natures best cleansing agents, up to 3,000 time more powerful than chlorine). The water swirls in a vortex action around UV light to insure that all nonpathogenic microbial is exposed to the UV light (when ozone and UV light meet this creates a process called photo-oxidation that multiplies the cleaning process up to 30,000 time more powerful than chlorine. As the water passes through the 1-micron carbon filter it is exposed to UV light again (the patent carbon filter is designed so the UV light goes through the center and out the top to expose any growth that may occur inside the filter after stripping the chlorine). After this process the water machine delivers energized oxygenated purified water at your tap. You could say you have a purification bottling plants at your tap.

Q. Do I have to get a professional to install the Vortex Plus Water Machine?
A. No, you just hook up a diverter valve to your faucet (that is supplied with the Water Machine) and plug in the electric cord. (installation info)

Q. Where do you place the Water Machine?
A. You can place the Water Machine on the counter (self standing) or hang it on the wall (brackets are mounted on the unit) or hide it under the counter (optional faucet kit available)
